Fiber Optic Vibration Distribution Sensor (DVS)

We will introduce a sensor system that can capture vibrations and acoustics along the entire length of optical fiber.

The product is a vibration distribution sensor that uses optical fiber as a sensor. The longitudinal vibration distribution along a single optical fiber can be directly observed. The time variation of the vibration distribution can be monitored and recorded. Please note that there is a trade-off relationship between distance and sampling speed. By slowing down the sampling, longer distance measurements can be achieved. 【Features】 ■ Longitudinal vibration distribution along a single optical fiber can be directly observed ■ Time variation of the vibration distribution can be monitored and recorded ■ Capable of capturing vibrations and acoustics along the entire length of the optical fiber ■ Slowing down the sampling allows for longer distance measurements *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Monitoring Sensor for Day Services "Tech Mat"

Easy installation with power and Wi-Fi connection! A monitoring sensor that is also useful for activity measurement.

In day services, understanding the activity levels of users helps in formulating appropriate care plans. By grasping changes in activity levels, early detection of users' health conditions and the provision of higher quality services can be achieved. The monitoring sensor "Techmat" visualizes users' activity status by tracking their getting up and lying down situations. The Techmat, equipped with 1,024 independent sensor points, can accurately map the pressure distribution of elderly individuals with millimeter-level precision. It continuously monitors the posture and pressure conditions of the elderly in bed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If the pressure on a specific area exceeds a set duration, it sends an alert to staff to encourage a position change. The Techmat identifies behaviors that pose a risk of falling by detecting in real-time when elderly individuals rise from bed or change their posture to sitting or lying down. When high-risk behaviors such as rising are detected, an alarm notification is triggered instantly.

Monitoring Sensor 'Tech Mat' for Preventing Pressure Ulcers in Care Facilities

Visualizing body pressure distribution in real-time reduces the risk of pressure ulcers. Since the body and sensors are in close contact, there are fewer false detections.

In nursing facilities, it is important to reduce the risk of falls for residents and provide a safe environment. If a resident does not change their position for a long time, it may lead to pressure ulcers. The monitoring sensor "Techmat" helps not only to detect getting out of bed and identify fall risks early by monitoring body pressure and movements, but also to prevent pressure ulcers for residents. The Techmat, equipped with 1,024 independent sensor points, can accurately map the body pressure distribution of elderly individuals with millimeter-level precision. It continuously monitors the posture and pressure conditions of elderly individuals in bed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When the pressure time on specific areas exceeds a set duration, it alerts staff to encourage position changes to prevent pressure ulcers. The Techmat identifies behaviors that pose a fall risk by detecting in real-time when elderly individuals rise from bed or change their posture to sitting or lying down. When high-risk behaviors such as rising are detected, an alarm notification is triggered instantly. With the body closely in contact with the sensor, there are fewer false detections, which reduces the burden on caregiving staff.
